The custom option is a special shape that requires you to enter the maximum dimensions for each side of your shape. We can then use this to provide you with a quote for a custom piece of foam made using a template you provide us with. What’s the Best Foam for a Campervan Mattress?

Everyone has different preferences when it comes to the feel of their camper mattress. We find the most effective combination of foam to be a high density polyurethane medium foam, topped with a layer of memory foam. You can order both of these from our website and we can laminate the layers together for you.

Do you Make Custom Shape Campervan Cushions?

We can cut foam to almost any shape or size for your campervan. If you can’t see the shape you need in our collection of templates, choose the custom foam shape instead.

How Thick Should My Van Mattress Be?

Whilst we do offer foams that offer good support at lower thicknesses, it’s a good idea to consider a mattress that’s over 5 inches thick. One of our more popular combinations is 10cm of Medium Foam, topped with approximately 5cm of Memory Foam.
